WRSA St Albans VT 1420
It was a real surprise when the signals from WRSA came through on 1420 March 14 around 0800 UTC. The band was just closing when for a few minutes I heard a weather forecast and a program announcement for Cruisin 93.7. This is the second time I hear a station from the state of Vermont. My report was confirmed by Bob
Rowe General
Manager Champlain
Radio Group.

XESR Santa Rosalia BCS 1320
On January 25 2009 I had the most fantastic reception of stations in Mexico. On 1320 I got a nice ID from La Mexicana XECPN in Rio Negras CO but I also logged a station with ID as Radio Surcalifornia. No idea about the origin of that station. When I searched for information about 940 XERLA Henrik Klemetz mentioned that is was the sisterstation of XESR in Santa Rosalia. He also mentioned the Radio Surcalifornia identification. I sent a report and received a brief amail verification.

WTKG Grand Rapids MI 1230
DX-ing the graveyard channels is really tough. Most of the time just a terrible from a lot of stations coming in at the same time. Sometimes you are lucky and one station gets in the clear. That was the case Jan 8 2013 when WTKG came through. My reception was confirmed by Phil Tower, who is the Director of Programming&Operations of WOOD 1300 and WTKG 1230.
KGYM Cedar Rapids IA 1600
In a brief email Scott Unash verifies my recent reception of KGYM. This station carries ESPN -programs.

XERLA Santa Rosalia BCS 940
On 940 I usually hear WIPR in Puerto Rico and sometimes XEQ a little low, but January 10 I was very lucky to receive another Mexican station on this channel. It was definitely from the western part of México, as they played their national anthem around 0700 UTC. I had a short announcement which I did not understand. My friend Henrik Klemetz told me it had to be XERLA in Santa Rosalia. Henrik also called them and gave me their email address. Last week Albert Manriquez sent me a nice reply confirming my reception. He recognized the voice of announcer Sonia Vega on my recordings. Albert also mentions they will changed to the FM band in the near future. He also attached 6 nice photos from the radio station and from Santa Rosalia.
Santa Rosalia is a small city, with about 12000 inhabitants. It is situated at the shore of the California Gulf. They have a famous church, a steel construction designed by Gutave Eiffel.

KDKA Pittsburgh PA 1020
Finally! It is almost 50 years since I sent my first reception report to KDKA, but thus is the first time I have received a reply. Senior vice president Michael Young sent me a really nice email with a lot of information!
CKGM Montréal QC 690
CKGM has recently moved from 990 kHz to 690. Often a lot of splash from BBC on 693 kHz. My report was verified by Wayne Bews, General Manager.
