Radio Bacán can be heard quite often when conditions are good towards Perú. They are off channel somewhere around 1129,93 causing a heterodyne on this channel. My reception was confirmed by Maribel Gonzáles at the Corporacíon Plus&Plus. She also attached a QSL-letter as a WORD-document.
